If you would like to be both a REFEREE and a PARTICIPANT, please fill out both parts of the Referee form. There is NO EXTRA CHARGE to do both.

You can still let us know you will be at the convention, but you will be paying at the door, by sending us an email. Register early to take advantage of the lower rate.
